The station is located about 6 mi west of Woodland, about 5 mi east of Madison and on the property of the Watts-Woodland airport.

To reach the station from the intersection of Interstate Highway 5 and East Main Street go west on East Main Street for 3.1 mi to the intersection of State Highway 16, Highway 16 turns west at the intersection, and Road 98. Continue west on Highway 16 for 2.9 mi to a fork. Follow the left fork and continue on Highway 16 for 1.1 mi to the intersection of Road 94B. Turn right and go north on Road 94B for 0.4 mi to a gate on the left. Pass through the gate and go west for 0.1 mi, between buildings, to the taxiway. Turn left and go south on the taxiway for 0.2 mi to a curve in the taxiway. Bear right on the taxiway and go west for 0.1 mi to the station on the left on top of a small rise.

The station is marked by a punch on the top of a stainless steel rod set inside an aluminum logo cap. It is 22.9 m southeast of the centerline of the taxiway, 0.8 m northwest of a barbed wire fence, 0.5 m northwest of a carsonite witness post and about 2.0 m higher than the taxiway.
